====== feisty-upgrade ======

I finally upgraded my workstation to feisty. I intended to do this earlier, but I had to finish my [[blog:thesis-finished|thesis]] first. Anyway, unlinke my [[blog:edgyupgrade|first attempt]], I used the [[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UpdateManager | update-manager]] tool. This time, I was bitten by only 2 upgrade related bugs so far:

  * https://launchpad.net/bugs/75681
  * https://launchpad.net/bugs/68467

So far, I have a good impression about feisty. That release will absolutely rock, hard!

I also started to work on merges. Of course I did my first mistake while  [[https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/feisty-changes/2006-December/002276.html|merging zsh]] by not obeying the [[https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Packages/Merging |merge policy]]. Sorry 'bout that, it won't happen another time.
